The living container is almost an individual hotel room. Apart from the 7 sq.m. living area that can be freely adapted, there is a sanitary unit with a toilet, washbasin and a shower. The living area contains a multi-function, integrated all-in-one kitchen: tap, sink, electric stove and fridge. Warm water is provided by an efficient 80 l electric volumetric heater.
Dimensions for a single module: L=6058 mm, W=2438 mm, H=2500 mm, Hz [optional height]=2900 mm
Structure: welded floor frame, flat roof and pillars situated the corners of the module and the components of the structure are painted with RAL 5010 (blue) anticorrosive coats or (or another colour after consultation with the client); water is drained using PVC pipes inside the corner pillars.
Floor: galvanised trapezoidal sheet; mineral wool, thickness: 100 mm; OSB board, thickness: 22 mm, PVC floor covering.
Flat roof: galvanised sheet; chipboard, thickness: 12 mm; mineral wool, thickness: 100 mm; coated sheet, RAL 9010 (cassette system).
Outside walls, layers: coated sheet RAL 9010 (white) or other available at the sheet manufacturer, foamed polystyrene, thickness: 100 mm, coated sheet RAL 9010.
Partition walls, layers: coated sheet RAL 9010, foamed polystyrene, thickness: 75 mm, coated sheet RAL 9010. PVC windows: 1465 x 1135 mm (S+RU), equipped with outside roller-blinds, 565 x 535 mm (U) in the sanitary room – as per drawing.
Doors: outside (entrance): single-leaf, steel, dimensions: 900x2000 mm; inside: single-leaf, panelled – as per drawing.
Electrical system: lighting system and socket system.
Heating system: electric heater 2 kW, splashproof electric heater (sanitary room) – as per drawing.
Ventilation system: electric fan in the sanitary room – as per drawing.
Water and sewerage system: water system made with PP pipes.
Sewerage system: made from PVC pipes.
Sanitary facilities: water closet, washbasin, shower, electric water heater, mirror with a shelf, toilet paper holder.
Kitchen facilities: a kitchen annex with single-bowl sink, electric water heater, electric stove w/ 2 burners and a fridge – as per drawing.

We can also supply washroom facilities in the same style incorporating gents toilets,shower facilities, ladies and gents any combination to suit your requirements.
