Our Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) sections, cold rolled in house using own rolling mill, lend themselves perfectly for a multitude of different applications. Domestic & Commercial properties, we pretty much cover all your requirements, such as full frames, roofs, extra floors added to roof spaces for existing buildings, increasing floor area and adding value to the existing property.

This technology is a light gauge steel building system involving the manufacture of prefabricated, steel-framed panels and trusses. These elements will be used as a pre-engineered structural support framework in the construction of building. Steel frame homes are engineered for easy construction on site. Steel framing is bolted to the foundation and panels are fastened with self-drilling screws. A frame can be erected in as little as 3 days using a 3-5 men crew.The immediate advantage is one of speed, the steel frames are quick to install.
